We do not provide supported living, live-in care, residential care, or nursing care
Are your carers trained and DBS checked?
Yes. All care staff receive appropriate training, ongoing supervision, and are subject to enhanced DBS checks in line with safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the people we support.
How do I raise a concern or make a complaint?
We welcome feedback and take concerns seriously. Any concerns or complaints can be raised directly with our management team and will be handled promptly and fairly in line with our complaints procedure. Information on how to make a complaint is available on request.
Do you work with other healthcare professionals?
Yes. Where appropriate and with consent, we work alongside healthcare professionals such as GPs and community services to support coordinated and effective care for individuals in their own homes.

Care plans are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain appropriate, safe, and person-centred, with any concerns addressed promptly in line with our safeguarding and quality assurance procedures.
How often are care plans reviewed?
Care plans are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain safe, effective, and person-centred. Reviews also take place if needs change, following feedback, or after any incidents, ensuring care continues to meet individual requirements.
