Safeguarding Statement

JBC & ME Healthcare Services Ltd is committed to safeguarding adults and protecting people from abuse, neglect, and harm.

We have robust safeguarding procedures in place and ensure all staff are trained to recognise, respond to, and report safeguarding concerns appropriately. Safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and acted upon promptly in line with local safeguarding arrangements and statutory guidance.

Anyone with a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a person using our services is encouraged to contact us. Safeguarding information and our full safeguarding policy are available on request.

Complaints & Feedback

JBC & ME Healthcare Services Ltd welcomes feedback and is committed to learning from concerns and complaints to improve our service.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, you can raise a concern or make a complaint by contacting our management team. Complaints can be made verbally or in writing and will be handled promptly, fairly, and in line with our complaints procedure.

We will acknowledge complaints, investigate them thoroughly, and provide a clear response within agreed timescales.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to escalate your complaint. Information on how to contact the Care Quality Commission (CQC) is available on request.

Service Scope Statement

All care provided by JBC & ME Healthcare Services Ltd is delivered through scheduled domiciliary visits in service users’ own homes.

We do not provide accommodation, supported living, residential care, live-in care, respite care, complex care, or nursing care.

CQC Registration Status

JBC & ME Healthcare Services Ltd is currently in the process of registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide regulated domiciliary care services.

This statement will be updated once registration is confirmed.
