Domiciliary Care (Personal Care)
Our Domiciliary Care service supports individuals with essential personal care needs in their own homes. This may include assistance with washing, dressing, continence care, mobility support, and maintaining personal hygiene, delivered with dignity, respect, and choice.
Home Care & Daily Living Support
Our Home Care service provides practical support to help individuals manage everyday tasks while remaining independent at home. Support may include meal preparation, light domestic tasks, medication prompting (where assessed and agreed), and assistance with daily routines.
Companionship & Wellbeing Support
We offer companionship and wellbeing support to promote social engagement, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful daily routines. This service helps individuals remain connected, supported, and comfortable within their own home environment.
End of Life Care (At Home)
Our End of Life Care provides compassionate, dignified support for individuals in the final stages of life within their own homes. We work in partnership with families and healthcare professionals to promote comfort, reassurance, and care that respects individual wishes.
Service Scope Statement
All services are delivered through scheduled domiciliary visits in service users’ own homes. JBC & ME Healthcare Services Ltd does not provide accommodation, supported living, residential care, live-in care, respite care, complex care, or nursing care.
